Northrup Gymnastics, 22 years and counting. We offer this program all year. Our classes offer your child the opportunity to develop a strong, healthy body and learn discipline, determination and self-motivation. Participants must secure their hair away from the face and may not wear jewelry of any kind. Students may wear T-shirts and shorts and be bare-footed. Parents and visitors observe from outside the gym. Make-up classes are not offered for missed classes. The recreation center follows the C-FB ISD inclement weather policies; make-up classes will be announced. BOYS TUMBLING & STRENGTH
"Boys will be boys." This is a great class to release some of that energy. Emphasis will be placed on building strength and discipline. Stretching, tumbling and trampoline are included for increased flexibility, motor skills and self-confidence. Level: Beginner-Intermediate. Instructor: Northrup Gymnastics

GIRLS GYMNASTICS
If your daughter aspires to be the next Nastia or just wants a fun activity, she will enjoy learning challenging skills, discipline, dance and increasing athletic abilities. A refined mix of skills training, stretching, conditioning and fun games will provide her with the tools to become a well-rounded athlete. Level: Beginner-Intermediate. GIRLS GYMNASTICS & DANCE
Many athletes have taken dance to enhance their performance. Your daughter can get a step ahead of the rest by getting her dance as a part of her gymnastics class. GIRLS RECREATIONAL TEAM
Students must have attended at least one session of any gymnastics class to enroll. Girls will learn skills and routines to perform at local competitions (TBD). A mixture of gymnastic skills and varied forms of dance are included on the balance beam while fun routines set to music are done on the floor, vault and bars will show off their athleticism. GYMNASTICS ON-DEMAND
In this gymnastics class, we will work with you to create exactly what fits your needs. The class requires a minimum of five participants. They can be siblings, friends or day-care groups. FUNTASTICS 4&5 YEAR OLD
Boys and girls will have a great time building their athletic abilities and social interaction. While using the bars, beam, floor, trampoline and obstacle course, your future athlete will develop coordination and strength. In order to provide a safe, structured and well-balanced class, all participants must be completely potty trained (no pull-ups) and able to follow class etiquette. Level: Beginner. OPEN GYM
This is a great opportunity to play with your children in a climate-controlled area. Use the gymnastics equipment, trampoline and the assortment of mats as an indoor playground. A coach will be present to supervise the open play. Children must have parental supervision. Prices are per family (family prices are applicable to immediate family only). Level: Beginner.
