BOYS TUMBLING & STRENGTH
"Boys will be boys." This is
a great class to release some of that energy. Emphasis will be placed on
building strength and discipline. Stretching, tumbling and trampoline are
included for increased flexibility, motor skills and self-confidence.

GIRLS RECREATIONAL TEAM
Students must have attended
at least one session of any gymnastics class to enroll. Girls will learn skills
and routines to perform at local competitions (TBD). A mixture of gymnastic
skills and varied forms of dance are included on the balance beam while fun
routines set to music are done on the floor, vault and bars will show off their
athleticism.

will work with you to create exactly what fits your needs. The class requires a
minimum of five participants. They can be siblings, friends or day-care groups.
Pricing is per hour, per child. You may schedule as many or as few classes as

will develop coordination and strength. In order to provide a safe, structured
and well-balanced class, all participants must be completely potty trained (no
pull-ups) and able to follow class etiquette.

OPEN GYM
This is a great opportunity
to play with your children in a climate-controlled area. Use the gymnastics
equipment, trampoline and the assortment of mats as an indoor playground. A
coach will be present to supervise the open play. Children must have parental
supervision.
